This Norwegian black comedy features Nils(Skarsgard) a mild-mannered, hardworking snowplow driver. He just won “citizen of the year” in the community, when he finds that his son has died of a heroin overdose. Nils suspects foul play, and starts investigating what he suspects is murder. As he pursues his bloody revenge Nils ends up sparking a gang war between Serbian drug dealers, and a master criminal known as The Count.
